Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers

Aztech has concentrated over the years on the development of shell and tube heat exchangers that enabling the focus of her extensive engineering and facilities toward the production of these equipment for the upper end market such as Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and Pharmaceutical industries.

The company has invested largely on production equipment such as precision CNC drilling/milling machine, Digital Torque Control expanding machine, Automatic Tube End welding machine, Hydraulic Torque wrench, Digital micrometer, Auto Rotator with overhead Auto welding machine,...etc in order to improve on quality and productivity.

The company has also ventured and gathered extensive fabricating and welding experience in handling special alloy material such as Hastalloy C276, Alloy 20, Alloy 200 Nickel, Super Duplex,... etc.

This 18.000 kg Floating Head bundle is equipped with tubesheet of Dia. 1746mm x Thk 156mm x tube OD 32mm x overall length 6798mm.

This 23 tonnes floating head exchangers has completed painting & ready to dispatch to site.

Insertion of 18 tonnes floating bundle into the shell body by using bundle puller.

An example of kettle type chiller manufactured with cladded CUNI 90/10 tubesheet.
